Shipping Policy

Shipping

I will pack and ship your order as quickly as possible – usually within 1-3 business days.
After the package has been shipped, the delivery time of the Post Office applies, which is normally 1–5 business days within Norway.

All shipments are sent in neutral and discreet packaging, without visible sender name or information about contents.
The cards are sent as letter mail, which keeps costs low – but means that the shipment cannot be tracked.

Shipping with tracking

If you want a safer and more documentable delivery, you can choose tracked shipping for an additional 73 kr. This option is available at checkout. I recommend this for extra security.

Liability for lost shipments

When choosing letter mail (without tracking), I unfortunately cannot document delivery if the package is delayed or does not arrive.

If you suspect that something has happened to the shipment, please contact me within 14 days of ordering.

All inquiries are considered individually. Again, it is recommended to choose shipping with tracking for safer and documentable delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products, returns are not offered.

All cards contain personal and sexual content, and are considered goods of a sensitive and personal nature. According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, section 22 letter e, the right of withdrawal for such products is void – regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not.

Exception

If you have received the wrong card, or the item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receipt.
Remember to attach a picture of the card and packaging, and we will arrange it as quickly as possible.
