These terms apply to purchases made through Alice Starr's online store. By completing a purchase, you accept our terms and privacy policy, and confirm that you have read and understood the information provided regarding the product, delivery, right of withdrawal, and the handling of personal data.

All russekort (graduation cards) in this store contain sexually suggestive or explicit content (NSFW), both in images and text. The cards are designed as part of fan merchandise related to Alice Starr and are sold exclusively to customers over the age of 18.

3. Price and Payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include 25% VAT.
Payment is made through the available methods at checkout. The purchase is confirmed once the payment has been processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the Norwegian postal service (Posten). All orders are shipped in discreet and neutral packaging, with no visible indication of the contents or sender name that could reveal what's inside.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to russekort.
All products contain personal and sexually themed content, and are therefore considered items of a clearly personal and sensitive nature. According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letter e, such products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions:
If you receive the wrong card or the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Remember to include a photo of the card and packaging.

All orders are handled with discretion. We use plain, neutral packaging, and the name "Alice Starr" or the nature of the content will not appear on the outside. You can shop safely and anonymously.

7. Custom Orders (Personalized Cards)

When ordering a personalized card with a custom message, you can enter the desired name and short message. I will adapt the message as long as it follows these guidelines:

Orders may be rejected without refund if the message contains:

Sexual comments directed at me as the sender
Vulgar, threatening, or hateful language
Illegal or discriminatory content

By placing a personalized card order, you agree to these terms.
